Since 1996, I have been training clients of all ages and fitness levels - teen athletes, senior citizens, executives, post rehab patients, and those with special needs. A passionate student of exercise, I only use the most effective and scientific methods available. Client obstacles are viewed as welcomed challenges, and they will be overcome. I train in homes, offices, and now virtually. Exercise programs are tailored to your goals, needs, physical limitations (if any), preferences, and available time. I also teach a unique method of hand to hand self defense training, where you create moves that don't need to be memorized, and are natural to you. The consultation/first session for either fitness or self defense is free, with no pressure to sign up.
