A Self Love Meditation & Sound Bath in a Himalayan Salt Room, 4 Elements Wellness

Join us for an evening of love and relaxation paired with a guided meditation and a sound bath of worldly vibrations. Allow Christina Flanagan, a certified Integrative Wellness Coach, to gently guide us into moments of calm, enhanced with essential oils and crystal energy. Our experience will consist of laying comfortably in the Himalayan Salt with a pillow and blanket absorbing all the therapeutic benefits of the Himalayan Salt and Halotherapy. Christina will then be gently attending to the awareness of our breath, introducing us to a mindful body scan, and sound vibration. These collective moments will then raise the vibration of our inner beings. Studies have shown that meditation has been proven to assist many different types of people in dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and overall wellness. No experience necessary!
