CBD Meditation in a Himalayan Salt Room, 4 Elements Wellness

Join us for a relaxing evening of a guided meditation & sound bath enhanced with CBD oil, essential oils, and crystals to calm your nerves, reduce inflammation, and de-stress your whole self. Allow Christina Flanagan, a certified Integrative Wellness Coach, to gently guide us into moments of serenity. Our experience will consist of laying comfortably in the Himalayan Salt with a pillow and blanket absorbing all the therapeutic benefits of the Himalayan Salt and Halotherapy. Christina will then be gently attending to the awareness of our breath, introducing us to a mindful body scan, and sound vibration. These collective moments will then raise the vibration of our inner beings. Studies have shown that meditation has been proven to assist many different types of people in dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and overall wellness. CBD, short for Cannabidiol, is a natural compound and is NON-psychoactive-- meaning it will not induce mind-altering effects. Numerous research studies have found that CBD can provide relief for a variety of conditions and people very similar to the way Meditation helps so many. You may also use this event to learn about CBD if you aren't ready to try it, although there will be a sample bottle present. No experience necessary!
