Free Intro Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, PCYH

Learn new strategies to release stresses and find a new sense of calm. Learn about this innovative and effective program, meet the program leader. Bring your questions. The session ends with a short meditation. NOTE: Participation in this introductory session is not required for participation in the program and is not part of the 8 week program.
