Parent Education Event: Nutrition and Body Image in Teenage Girls, Stuart Country Day
Rebecca Boswell, Ph.D. Clinical Psychologist Program Director, Penn Medicine Princeton Center for Eating Disorders Rebecca Boswell, Ph.D., will lead a presentation on supporting nutrition and body image in teenage girls. The session will cover key topics including the nutritional needs of teens, especially athletes, and how parents can navigate discussions around body image. Attendees will also learn to recognize early signs of disordered eating and promote healthy habits. The presentation aims to equip parents with the tools to support their daughters' growth and well-being. This talk is open to the public. Dr. Boswell will speak to students during the day.
