Choose a half-or-full-day experience filled with indoor and outdoor wellness activities designed to support your physical, emotional, and mental health. From gentle yoga and mindful art to energizing nutrition talks, peaceful nature walks, and more — you'll reconnect with yourself, find inspiration, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and uplifted.
