Dr. Adam Thompson from A+ Athlete and Sports Medicine in Robbinsville will be talking about Osteoarthritis- what it is, strategies for prevention and common treatments. Rob Dykeman PT DPT from Hamilton Physical Therapy Services will talk about physical therapy for osteoarthritis - muscle strengthening, flexibility exercises for soft tissues and joints and balance/gait retraining.
