Winter Wellness Event, Activcore Princeton

Kick off your winter wellness season by joining us on Friday, January 17th at 5pm at Activcore Princeton (downstairs) for some exercises, education and fun! Refreshments and snacks will be served. All participants will be entered into a raffle to win a special prize pack from local Princeton businesses. We will draw the winners at the end of this event!
Class schedule includes: LPF hypopressives with Becky, Redcord suspension with Jason, Myofascial release with Kat, Red light therapy with Ashley, Vertigo/headache relief with Beata, "My favorite exercises" with Adrienne.
