Enjoy learning to use drumming and your voice to easily unblock, transform, and increase your vim, vigor and vitality. Drumming and chanting in groups is an ancient practice that people from all over the globe have used for centuries to connect, motivate, heal, celebrate, and learn about themselves.

During the Drum, Chant & Energy Workshop you will have the chance to learn, practice and experience for yourself, many of these cathartic techniques which are designed to activate, move and positively transform the energy within you. More
