Come in for a free body mass index and blood pressure screening, and check out a display of the latest athletic shoes. Physical trainers from the Hamilton Area YMCA will demonstrate exercise equipment in the wellness center, and Lewis L. Horvitz, MD, board certified cardiologist and a member of the Medical Staff of Princeton HealthCare System, who will discuss the symptoms of heart disease that should never be ignored.

A certified male Daddy Boot Camp™ instructor, along with new dads, will lead this education session, demonstrating how to hold, comfort, diaper and play with babies.  Learn tips and tools, including how to calm a crying baby; planning for baby’s arrival; pets and babies; car seat safety; and the importance of parental teamwork.
