Princeton HealthCare System and Princeton House Behavioral Health will offer a free, two-part workshop designed to help women of color examine the complex cultural, emotional and social issues impacting their lives on Wednesday, July 14 and July 21 at the Hamilton Area YMCA. The event, made possible by support from TD Bank, begins at 6:30 p.m. each week and includes dinner.
Nathalie Edmond, PsyD, director of the Women's Programs at Princeton House Behavioral Health, will lead an informal discussion on issues including: balancing multiple roles; developing more satisfying relationships; and identifying and talking about feelings. The open program also encourages participants to explore personal concerns, give and receive emotional support, and to learn new skills from one another.
The event is free, but registration is required. To register, or for more information, contact the Princeton HealthCare System Department of Community Education and Outreach at (888) 897-8979. Registration is also available online throughwww.princetonhcs.org/calendar.
