Actress and author Mariel Hemingway will be the keynote speaker at Princeton HealthCare System’s seventh annual Conference for Women, set for Saturday, Dec. 5, from 9:15 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., at the Hyatt Regency Princeton in West Windsor.
The Conference for Women is an annual health and wellness event dedicated to inspiring women to lead healthier lifestyles through education and awareness. This year’s conference, themed “Simple Ingredients for a Delicious and Satisfying Life,” is presented in partnership with Friends’ Health Connection and features a wide range of informative workshops led by some of the region’s leading experts in women’s health, including physicians and health professionals on staff at PHCS.
Mariel Hemingway, the granddaughter of author Ernest Hemingway, first found fame as a teenager, when she earned an Oscar nomination for her role in Woody Allen’s film “Manhattan.” In recent years, she has emerged as an author, publishing three books in the past half-decade that promote a holistic approach to healthy living.
