This men-only course, led by a certified male Daddy Boot Camp™ instructor, is designed for fathers-to-be to gain knowledge in parenting skills and to develop hands-on skills for caring for their newborns, including holding, comforting, diapering and playing with their babies.

This program offers practical coping strategies to reduce your risk and fear of falling, with small groups led by trained facilitators who will help you view falls and the fear of falling as controllable; set realistic goals for increasing activity; change your environment to reduce the risk of falls; and learn simple exercises to increase strength and balance.

This two-day class teaches adolescents, ages 11-13, how to be safe babysitters, providing them with the skills needed to keep the children in their care out of harm’s way while their parents are away, and focusing on safe and nurturing childcare techniques, basic first aid and rescue skills.
