Yoga Class Updates from PCYH - Teacher Training, Special Needs, and More

This year Princeton Yoga is focusing on offering Life-Long Learning experiences. In addition to our extensive offerings of classes and workshops, we have added some great programs! Most of these trainings are CEU eligible.


Adjusting students in Yoga poses is one of the hardest but rewarding things to learn. In March we welcome Stephanie Pappas author of the book, Yoga Posture Adjustments and Assisting to the center.

Yoga Posture Adjustments
Saturday, March 23, from 12-6 pm
Learn the art of giving and receiving hands-on yoga posture adjustments for backbends, folds, twists, standing poses. This 5 hour workshop is designed for yoga instructors, trainees, or experienced yoga students who wish to deepen their experience of the postures, and develop their hands-on assisting ability.  


Offering yoga for people with health-specific challenges is one of our key missions. Join Andrea Sacchetti, E-RYT, RYT 500, Certified Yoga Therapist for one of her Sunday afternoon workshops:

Yoga for Osteopenia and Osteoporosis
