About the Session: In recognition of National Meditation Month and Mental Health Awareness Month, In Motion Fitness and Wellness is  hosting a Gentle Yoga & Meditation session designed to support stress relief, relaxation, and overall mental well-being within our local community.
 
This class is designed to be accessible for all experience levels, especially beginners or anyone looking for a calming, supportive environment. The session will include gentle, slow-paced yoga, guided breathwork, and meditation techniques aimed at reducing stress and promoting mental clarity and balance.
 
As mental health continues to be an important conversation in our community, we're excited to offer a space where individuals can pause, reset, and reconnect.
