Open Heart Dance teaches the world-renowned S Factor feminine movement practice. Created by Sheila Kelley almost 25 years ago, the movement uses a combination of Pilates, deep stretching, slow strength training, breath work, and pole fitness to connect you to your feminine body and get in incredible shape. Gentle, yet intense, it begins with a mat warm up, incorporating pole and dance to help you find your fullest expression in your body. We are mindful of injuries and body limitations. You do not have to be strong to start! All ages and fitness levels welcome. Group classes, private lessons, and private parties available (birthdays, bachelorette, any milestone).
